Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, water, salt. Mix well.
Make a smooth batter.
Make cheela and keep aside.
In another pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes until they turn golden brown.
Add bell peppers, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Cover and cook for another 5-6 minutes until the chicken and vegetables are cooked through.
