Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add rice flour, chopped vegetables, green chili, cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well.
Add water to the mixture and stir well until you get a smooth batter of pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the cheela and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the cheela over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is cooked.
Remove the cheela from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
