Cooking Steps
In a bowl, take rice flour.
Gradually add water to the flour mixture, stirring continuously until a soft dough is formed. The dough should be soft but not sticky. Add more water or rice flour as needed.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Take one ball at a time and roll it out into a round shape using a rolling pin and a little rice flour for dusting.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out roti onto the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear.
Flip the roti over and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Apply a little oil to both sides of the roti and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot.
