Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add the rice flour. Mix well.
Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough. The dough should be soft and pliable.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Flatten each ball with your hands to form a disc.
Place the disc on a flat surface and roll it out into a thin roti using a rolling pin. Be gentle while rolling, as the dough can tear easily.
