Plain Water

Chopped Tomato
0.5 small cup (50g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Chopped Green Chilli

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour and chopped tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chili, cumin seeds, salt and water. Mix well
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with a little oil. you can use spray oil to control the oil amount.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin circle.
Cook the cheela for 2-3 minutes until the bottom side is golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until it is cooked through.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve hot.
