Moong Dal
3 tbsp (45g)
Plain Water
1 small cup (100g)
Chopped Green Chilli

Preparation
1, soak the moong dal for overnight
Cooking Steps
1.In a blender, grind the soaked moong dal to a smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, moong dal paste, curd, water, grated ginger, green chili paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Grease a 7-inch round cake tin or a dhokla stand with oil.
Add Eno fruit salt to the batter and stir well.
Pour the batter into the greased tin or stand and steam for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once done, remove the tin or stand from the steamer and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Cut the dhokla into small pieces and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
