Reshami Chicken Tikka
Reshami Chicken Tikka is a creamy, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth chicken kebab that is marinated with yogurt, cream, and a blend of aromatic spices. It's a popular North Indian appetizer that is often served with mint chutney and onion rings. Reshami translates to "silky," reflecting the tender and juicy texture of the chicken after it is grilled or cooked in a tandoor.

Preparation
Chicken Preparation:
Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces. Cut them into bite-sized cubes.
Wooden Skewers:
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, olive oil, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt.
Whisk well to form a smooth marinade.
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results).
Preheat a grill or barbecue. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill on medium heat, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred (about 10-12 minutes).
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
