Red Onion

Chopped Green Chilli

Chopped Tomato

Mustard seeds

Instructions
Preparation
Rinse the Red rice flakes in a colander and drain the water. Set it aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add green chili, and chopped onions. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Add the drained rice poha and mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes over low heat until the rice poha is soft.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
