Papaya

Onion Finely Chopped

Cumin seeds

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Dry roast cumin seeds in a pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until they become fragrant.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté in the dry pan for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped raw papaya and potatoes. Mix well.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add water and mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until the vegetables are cooked and tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
