Ingredients
Mushrooms, finely Chopped

4 small cup (800g)
Instructions
Preparation
Soak Rajma overnight in water.
Put them in pressure cooker and give 4-5 whistles or cook them until they are soft.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add boiled rajma, chopped spinach, and water. Mix well.
Cover the pot with a lid and let the soup simmer for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.
Turn off the heat and let the soup cool down for a few minutes.
Blend the soup using an immersion blender or transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the soup into bowls and serve hot
