Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, add ragi flour.
Add water gradually and knead the dough until it comes together and is soft and pliable.

Take one ball and flatten it using your palm to form a round disk.
Place the flattened dough on a heated griddle or tawa (flat pan) over medium heat.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
