Ragi flour

Buttermilk (low fat homemade)
1 medium glass (250g)
cardamom powder
0.5 tsp (1g)
Cinnamon Powder
0.5 tsp (1.3g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a small saucepan, whisk together the ragi flour and buttermilk until there are no lumps.
Add cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, and salt to taste. Whisk well.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and reaches a porridge-like consistency.
Remove from heat and let it cool down.
Once cooled, whisk the mixture again to make it smooth.
Add ice cubes to the mixture and blend it in a blender until it reaches your desired consistency.
Pour the ragi malt with buttermilk into glasses and serve chilled.
