Preparation
Pressure cook quinoa and potato separately.
In a mixing bowl, add the cooked quinoa, mashed potatoes, onion, coriander leaves, garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into oval cutlets.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, place the cutlets on the pan.
Cook the cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the cutlets to a serving plate and serve hot with any dip of your choice.
