Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the quinoa flour, sattu flour, carom seeds, cumin seeds. Mix well.
Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a soft and pliable dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Dust each ball with some quinoa flour and roll it out into a thin, round roti.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa.
Cook the roti on both sides until it turns golden brown and has some charred spots.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
