Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine quinoa flour, oats flour, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add water as required to make a smooth batter. The batter should be of pouring consistency, similar to pancake batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin pancake.
Cook the cheela on medium heat until it turns golden brown on both sides, flipping it once to ensure even cooking.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more cheelas.
Serve hot.
