0.5 small bowl (50g)
Oats Flour
0.5 small cup (50g)
Plain Water
70 ml (70g)

Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the quinoa flour, oats flour. Mix well.
Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add water, a little at a time, and knead the dough until it is smooth and pliable.
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat round shape.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium-high heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until brown spots appear.
Brush with a little oil on both sides and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the roti is fully cooked.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
