In a mixing bowl, combine the quinoa flour, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
Add water to the bowl and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a few drops of oil and spread it evenly on the pan.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the cheela.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve hot.
