Cooking Steps
Rinse the quinoa in a fine-mesh strainer under running water for a few seconds.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa and water.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan with a lid.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the quinoa is tender and the water has been absorbed.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the quinoa sit, covered, for 5-10 minutes.
Fluff the quinoa with a fork and serve.
