Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped onions, gram flour, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices (red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt).
Add a squeeze of lemon juice and mix well. If the mixture feels dry, add a few tablespoons of water to make it sticky but firm enough to shape.
Grease your hands slightly and take small portions of the mixture. Shape them into round or oval kebabs (flatten them slightly).
Heat oil in a pan. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook on medium heat. Flip occasionally until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the kebabs from the pan.
Serve hot.
