Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine prawns,potato,green chilli, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and garam masala and stir fried onions. Mix them together until well combined.
Season with salt and add the freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Add lemon juice over the mixture to enhance the flavors. Gently combine all the ingredients to form a uniform mixture.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) for roasting and brush a baking sheet with some vegetable oil
Divide the prawn cutlet mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat round cutlets.
Place the cutlets on the baking sheet for roasting.
Lightly brush the top of each cutlet with some vegetable oil to get a nice golden crust.
Roast the prawn cutlets in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are firm and lightly browned.
