Instructions
Preparation
Wash, peel and cube the potatoes.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and green chili and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add cubed potatoes and mix well, ensuring the potatoes are coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 10-15 minutes over low-medium heat until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
