Potato, brown skin, small

Tuna
100 gms (100g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 medium cup (80g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 tsp (5g)
Cumin Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Turmeric powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Olive Oil
1 tbsp (15g)

Preparation
-Pressure cook potatoes for 3-4 whistles.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, tuna pieces , chopped onions, chopped garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add oil to the pan and spread it evenly.
Add the patties to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your pan.
Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with chutney.
