Preparation
Prepare the fish:
-Cut the Pomfret fish fillets into finger-shaped strips (about 1/2 inch thick and 3-4 inches long).
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic paste, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each fish finger into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the fish fingers to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.
Transfer the fish fingers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the fish fingers in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until they are cooked through.
