Preparation
Wash, remove seed and dice the plum .
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, whisk the plain curd until smooth.
Add diced plum and pomegranate seeds to the curd and mix well.
Add roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it.
