Plain Water
1 small glass (200g)
Common salt
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 tsp (5g)
Instructions
Preparation
Soaked Wheat Dalia 5-10min.
Cooking Steps
Rinse the wheat dalia in water and drain.
In a pressure cooker, add the rinsed dalia and water. Add salt to taste.
Close the pressure cooker and cook on medium heat for 2-3 whistles.
Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
