For cooking Chicken:
-In a pan, add chicken breasts, water/stock, salt, and pepper. Boil for 12–15 min until fully cooked.
-Remove, cool slightly, and pull apart using two forks or hands.
For Pesto Sauce:
-Blend fresh basil, roasted peanuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, adding water gradually. Mix in olive oil, adjust seasoning, and blend to a slightly textured paste.
Cooking Steps
