Instructions
Cooking Steps
Add cumin seeds, dry roast.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add chopped garlic and sauté for another minute until the raw smell goes away.
Add green peas, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes until the peas are tender and cooked.
Turn off the heat and let the soup cool down for a few minutes.
Transfer the soup to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the soup back into the saucepan and bring it to a boil again.
Serve hot in a bowl.
