Preparation
-Wash, chop papaya and freeze in freezer for 1-2 hours.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, blend the frozen chopped papaya until smooth puree.
Add the dates paste and lemon juice to the papaya puree and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or a container of your choice and freeze for 4-5 hours or until it is set.
Once set, remove the sorbet from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping and serving.
