Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped mixed vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are cooked but still have a crunch.
Add crumbled paneer, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
Take an iceberg lettuce leaf and place a spoonful of the paneer and vegetable mixture on it.
Roll the lettuce leaf tightly to make a wrap.
Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves and paneer mixture.
Serve immediately.
