Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, add the wheat flour, salt, and water. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and pliable. Cover it with a damp cloth and set it aside for 30 minutes.
In another bowl, mix the crumbled paneer, chopped onions, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the dough into equal sized portions and roll them into small circles.
Place a spoonful of the paneer mixture in the center of each circle.
Bring the edges of the circle together and seal them tightly to form a momo.
Grease a steamer basket with oil and place the momos in it.
Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes over medium heat until they are cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with chutney.
