Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, mix together the grated paneer, onion, grated carrots, grated zucchini, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, garam masala and pepper. Mix well.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small patties or kebabs.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the kebabs in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the kebabs from the pan, garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
