Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a small mixing bowl, add skimmed milk curd, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add paneer cubes, bell pepper, and onion cubes to the bowl. Mix well, ensuring the paneer and vegetables are coated in the marinade.
Cover the mixing bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto the wooden skewer.
Place the skewer on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until the paneer and vegetables are cooked and slightly charred.
