Preparation
For Wheat Wrap -
In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour and salt. Mix well.
Add water and vegetable oil to the mixing bowl and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and pliable.
Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized balls.
Dust the rolling surface with some flour and roll each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa over medium heat.

Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add low-fat yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add paneer cubes, sliced onions, and bell peppers to the mixture. Mix well, ensuring that the paneer and vegetables are coated in the marinade.
Let the paneer and veggies marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F or 175°C.
Spread the marinated paneer and veggies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle oil on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until the paneer and veggies are cooked and slightly charred.
Warm the wheat wraps in a pan or microwave.
Add the paneer and veggies to the wraps and roll them tightly.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
