Cooking Steps
For Paneer Tikka:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt for the marination.
Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and let it rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto the skewers.
Grill the paneer skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each until the grill marks appears
For Kathi Roll:
Heat the chapatti in a pan until it becomes soft and set it aside.
In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until they become slightly caramelized.
Place the grilled paneer tikka, sautéed onions, and bell peppers on one side of the chapati.
Add some fresh lettuce leaves on top of the paneer tikka and drizzle the green chutney over it.
Roll the chapati tightly to form a roll and serve.
