Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add finely chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add finely chopped bell pepper and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
Add crumbled paneer, chopped tomatoes, green chili, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes until everything is well combined and cooked through.
Warm the corn taco in the oven or on a pan as per the package instructions.
Spoon the paneer filling into each taco shell, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve with lemon wedges.
