Instructions
Cooking Steps
n a mixing bowl, add oats bran, oats atta and mix well.
Gradually add warm water to the flour mixture and knead into a smooth dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, add crumbled paneer, cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder and chopped fresh coriander leaves. Mix well.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a small circle and place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the center.
Bring the edges of the dough together to seal the filling and roll out the stuffed ball into a flatbread (roti).
Place the rolled-out roti on the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
Serve hot.
