-Soak soya chunks in warm water for few mins, squeeze out excess water, set aside
Cooking Steps
In a mixer grinder, grind the soaked soya chunks and crumbled paneer to a paste.
In a mixing bowl, add the soya & paneer paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round kebabs.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot.
