Instructions
Preparation
For Paneer: 1. In a large bowl, combine paneer cubes, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
For Noodles: 1.Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt.
Add whole wheat noodles to the pot and stir gently.
Cook the noodles for 8-10 minutes or until they are tender but still have a slight bite to them.
Drain the noodles in a colander
Cooking Steps
For Paneer:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated paneer cubes and cook for 8-10 minutes until the tofu is lightly browned and cooked through.
In another pan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add green and red bell peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they turn slightly tender.
Add tomato ketchup and soy sauce (if using). Mix well.
Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and stir well until the sauce thickens.
For Noodles:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add cooked whole wheat noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Add soy sauce to the pan. Mix well, ensuring that the noodles are coated in the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
For Sizzler:
Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a sizzling plate. Add the cooked paneer on top of the vegetables.
Add stir fried noodles on the other side.
Serve hot.
