Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice,red chili flakes, and salt to taste to make the marinade.
Add the paneer cubes, bell pepper cubes, and onion cubes to the marinade and toss until well coated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers.
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until the paneer and vegetables are charred and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
Serve hot.
