Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, crumbled paneer, chopped onion, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt to taste and water as needed to make a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a small disc.
Bring the edges of the disc together and roll it out into a thin roti.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place the rolled-out roti on it.
Cook the roti on both sides until brown spots appear on both sides.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Serve hot.
