Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add warm water to the mixture and knead into a soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Dust the rolling surface with flour and roll out each ball into a small circle.
Place 1-2 tablespoons of the paneer filling in the center of the rolled-out dough.
Bring the edges of the dough together to seal the filling and shape it into a ball.
Dust the stuffed dough ball with flour and roll it out into a paratha of desired thickness.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out paratha on the tawa and cook until brown spots appear on one side.
Flip the paratha and cook until brown spots appear on the other side.
Apply a teaspoon of ghee on each side of the paratha and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot.
