Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add malai (cream), plain curd, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add paneer cubes to the bowl and coat them with the yogurt mixture.
Cover the bowl with cling film and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 200°C or heat a grill pan over medium heat.
Thread the marinated paneer onto skewers.
Brush the skewers with oil and place them on the grill pan or baking tray.
Grill or bake the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally, until the paneer and vegetables are cooked and slightly charred.
Remove the skewers from the heat and serve hot.
