Paneer Kathi Roll
Paneer Kathi Roll is a popular Indian street food that is made with paneer (cottage cheese), marinated in yogurt and spices, and then grilled until charred and tender. The paneer is then wrapped in a soft roti or paratha along with fresh vegetables and a tangy sauce. This recipe is vegetarian, making it suitable for many dietary preferences. It is also a good source of protein and calcium, thanks to the paneer. However, people with a dairy allergy should avoid this dish
