-Crumble paneer. Set aside.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled paneer, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chili pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.
Knead the mixture into a dough-like consistency.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat, round patties.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush it with a little oil.
Place the paneer patties on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
