Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the paneer cubes until they turn slightly brown. Keep aside.
In the same pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add cumin seeds.
Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, and chopped green chili. Sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Add paneer cubes and cubed onions mix well.
Add water as needed to adjust the consistency of the curry.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
