Instructions
Preparation
1.Wash the brown rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
Add chopped green chili, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes soften.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add paneer cubed and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan. Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup water and lemon juice. Mix well and cover the pan with a lid.
Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes or until the rice is cooked and all the water has evaporated.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
