Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
Add the finely chopped tomato and cook until it becomes soft and mushy.
Now, add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Crumble the paneer and add it to the pan. Mix gently to combine the spices with the paneer.
Cook the mixture for 2-3 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle garam masala over the paneer bhurji and mix well.
Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
