Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the low fat yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt.
Add the paneer cubes and diced onions to the bowl and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Thread the marinated paneer and onion cubes onto skewers.
Brush the skewers with oil and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the paneer is golden brown and slightly charred.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves over the skewers.
Serve hot.
