Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Stir in chopped garlic. Cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
Add coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the chopped spinach (palak) to the pan. Stir and cook until the spinach wilts down and becomes tender.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serve hot
