Instructions
Cooking Steps
Squeeze out excess water from the grated cucumber.
Mix the grated cucumber with low-fat yogurt/curd and salt.
In a pan, heat coconut oil and add mustard seeds, green chilies, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
Add the seasoning to the cucumber-yogurt mixture and mix well.
Serve cold.
